I love you guys and how you thirst for original content... so here's about eighty pages of Tona behind bars.

Tona is, of course, referring to her time spent awaiting Department of Justice charges due to her association with Eric MacDonald, the father of her child.

Yeah, the genre of my main effort is aptly labeled "drama".

Nope can't do it, I was going to try to say something smart and/or funny, but this page keeps making me have flashbacks of the radiation safety course I have to do every year...

Chuck is right though.
I know people who never had accidents and then bam, broken leg while skiing.
Double bam when the doctors found other sleeping problems.

See Sigpig's comment below.

Man, this one turned into a much more serious discussion than I anticipated.

Dang :(
Yeah...

Even if you did not experience accidents in the past, this is one reason to get yourself checked by a doctor from time to time.
You will NEVER know what is going on inside otherwise until the last minute.

Tona is a menace to society!

Which makes her and Chuck actually a pretty good team up.

It's almost like Tona, when she's not "at home" (whatever that currently means - previously with her dead-end USDA job and dead-end husband and currently with her mother) needs an unhinged man with dark hair in a dark suit to lift her spirits...

At some point, years from now, I'll get into the reasons behind Eric and MSV's sartorial similarities.

What's to explain? MiBs, Secret Service agents, [REDACTED], and Tarantino-style gangsters all know the classic style of black suit black tie...

Not looking terribly good for Ms. Zehm...

...however...

...jailed bait will do no good in catching "Mr. Lawrence" - whose fate we await (as opposed to jailbait, which might just catch Dr. Christianos).

(Look who's back in link-crazy mode.)

I SO wanted to say something witty, but Chuck's comment actually happened to my mother-in-law. One day she fell and broke her wrist, and for the x-ray, she rested it on her chest. They found spots in both lungs, and a lady who never smoked a day in her life had lung cancer.

Two major operations later, and the resulting chemo, and they got it all. Unfortunately, she had to deal with excruciating pain for the rest of her life. She passed away on July 29th; and, while we are missing her dearly, we are happy that she's no longer suffering.

I was going to end this with "Chuck, name me one time that's *ever* happened" and I'm glad I thought better of myself.

I am sorry for your loss. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks, Lir. Your "original" ending wouldn't have bothered me, especially since it is entirely within Tona's character.

Death is part of life, we celebrate the good times we had, and don't ruminate on her final days. At least my wife was able to see her mom while she was sill "with it", and tell her that she loves her and say goodbye. (There's 6-hour drive from where we live to where we're from).

Well, at least Chuck is trying to stay positive for her.
I guess in his own way, his heart is in the right place.
